Sharonville Post Office Reviews

  1. The front desk had only one clerk working on a Saturday. When I got in line there were five other people in front of me and a family of seven at the counter getting Passports which is a time consuming service. More customers came in and the line was at the door. I waited for fifteen minutes and the family was still at the counter and no one came from the back to help the one clerk. This is the worst post office when it comes to service at the desk. There is always only one person working and there seems to be no sense of urgency to get the line moving. I left with the family still at the counter to run another errand and came back to find the line was even longer and the couple that I was in front of before I left was next to get up to the counter. The same clerk was still working alone. I waited another 20 minutes when finally a second person came from the back to help. Is there no supervisor working on Saturdays and why do they only have one person working the desk on a Saturday? I now know what “going postal” means.

  2. I came in and there were four people ahead of me. One had waited so long he turned around and went home. There were only two clerks and one was fully engaged with immigration papers for a family. The other clerk was obviously tied up quite a bit because after I got to the counter I looked on my watch and it was 25 minutes. During the time I waited for five people turned around and left because the wait was so so sooooo outrageous! This post office needs to make a plan to put in another postal employee to help out whenever immigration paperwork is being done!!!! because the wait for the customers is Truely terrible! That’s approximately waiting 10 minutes per person to get service of mailing two little packages that cost only six dollars!

  3. I had important mail going from Sharonville to Mason. After a very long wait, I requested & paid for a ‘sign on delivery’ sticker. The tracking number always said ‘late delivery expected, in transit. After calling the recipient, I learned that packages are not signed for due to Covid, just delivered. I feel that I should have been told–not charged-if they were not obtaining signatures. The tracking should have been updated. I was very disappointed!

  4. I was at the Sharonville post office last week to file for a passport renewal. The girl gave me the information to file out at the counter with no details how to finish it after I did the one part she told me about. She then left the office area for a ten minute break. The other employees said they weren’t sure whiw to do the rest so I stood waiting for 10 min. till she came back from her break. Not customer friendly at all . The post office was not busy either.
