within the past three months i have gone to the drop off at curbside at the sandy creek station at least five times the box is full. can’t put anything in there. it says last pickup at 4:30 but apparently they are to lazy to go out and pick up mail from drop off bin at curbside. 7/24/20 today i have been calling all morning and get recording being transferred to operator. after 3 minutes and 24 seconds it goes to fast busy. i have called a total of 5 times since 8;30, and same thing. this is ridiculous. i don’t know who is in charge but if he can’t do the job he should be replaced.

Our postman comes from this office, He has an attitude, broke a cup from Amazon, shoves mail into box and bent some prints that said- DO not bend on the package. I am on the phone now and it just said you will have an hour wait.
We live on Annagill Street off George Dieter and his truck number is
