The tracking number for my package indicated the package had been delivered, but I had not received it. I went to my local post office and spoke with Renee and through her research, she found that due to an error in my zip code number, the package was sent to anther home with the same house number within my city. She indicated that she would speak with the post carrier for the home who received my package. Since I had not received an update in 2 days I called the local post office and spoke to Cheryl as Renee was not working that day. Renee investigated the issue further and called me back and indicated they had found my package and it would be delivered the following day. Lessons I learned – Make sure your sender has your proper address, including zip code, and talk with your post office if your package didn’t arrive.
