This PO should be closed they do not seem to give a darn about delivering packages and they lied about making delivery and leaving notice. I send a package over a week from NY and the package has yet to be delivered and no one has an answer as to why or where the package is.
Absolute useless, with few exceptions. My mailman is useless, REPEATEDLY brought to attention about damages, lost and wet mail due to the laziness and unprofessionalism of the driver. It’s as simple as closing the mailbox door but on MULTIPLE occasions as in EVERY SINGLE DAY the mailman doesn’t close the door. The post office doesnt answer the phone. Apparently it is advanced training to close a box door. Since I have mentioned it MULTIPLE times, I will be handling this another way. If you want your mail, don’t live in pigeon forge.
I have to start out by saying that the customer service at Pigeon Forge PO is sorely lacking in person (Rachael) or over the phone. If you have any questions your answers are met with a condescending attitude and just over all rudeness. You can definitely tell they are just there to get a check and want to do as little as possible. I honestly was threatened today over the phone that if I didn’t come get my packages then they would be sent back today. Packages that they had received on the prior Friday……its Wednesday as of this post. She told me that they had been there over a week. I checked the tracking and that obviously wasn’t true and it also said they tried to deliver them which is also untrue because the address is a business and we are open 9am-6pm and there is always someone here to receive freight during that time and there was no notice of the attempt.
