I made an appointment for passport application and I was told to wait at a nearby table as the person that’s gonna help me went to get her food. It took her 20min to come back, meaning she is 20min late for the appointment and when she was informed her passport appointment was waiting she went inside a room and took her a few more minutes to come back. When she called for passport application, I gave her my documents and she raised her voice to me in front of waiting customers and told me I made mistakes. I told her Im just gonna come back for another appointment and she said “no, i’ll accommodate you for no shows and we are gonna send it but im not sure if they are gonna accept your laminated certificate.” She wanted me to send it even if she is not sure the State will allow a laminated certificate. That would mean if its not accepted I would waste almost $200 for nothing and obviously, she don’t care. My hubby told me to go back and tell her I’ll make another appointment. When I saw her come out, I told her Im just gonna come back, she look pissed as she pointed to me where the right booth to go to and talk to her even if she didn‘t go there to talk, she just stayed far from the booth. She said in a rude voice and annoyed facial expression to go make another appointment and looked at her colleague like she was saying something unpleasant about me. I still said thank you, tried to remain calm and walked away. I was not rude nor asked too much questions for her to treat me like this. It really stressed me out, i forgot to check if she even has a name plate. I think she is the same person a lot of people from yelp and google gave bad reviews about. She is middle aged woman or older, medium length black hair, she looks like south Asian and she is rude. Incident happened today, Oct 1, 2021 and my appointment was at 12:15pm.
