One review on “Newburgh Post Office

  1. Jim Greenwood, the Newburgh Indiana postmaster, is horrible. We haven’t had service in our neighborhood in a week due to weather. Yet our roads have been cleared twice. He instructs his carriers to never get out of the vehicle to make a delivery regardless of the circumstances or regulations. He instructs his drivers to scan packages as delivered that are not simply to hide his poor service and leadership. The Newburgh Indiana post office is a disaster, and anyone living here that’s ever had a problem will tell you that. Zero customer service!!! Poor leadership!! Make your voices heard until Jim Greenwood is fired or things are fixed!
