I have a small home based business which requires sending out multiple packages a day. Having to deal with a rude postal clerk in Off Cantonment Road who refused to scan our packages, we decided to change post offices. I am so glad we choose the Myrtle Grove Post Office. Especially a young woman named Cathy. She went above and beyond helping us find a package that we dropped off with an incorrect address. She was very accommodating and even though it had to have been a real pain in the rear, she worked until she found it for us and maintained a happy attitude. She’s a great asset to this location. Thank you again, Cathy.
Thursday (10/22/2020) and Saturday (10/24/2020), we never received our mail. The excuse that was given to Amazon was that our home was not accessible which is a complete and utter lie. We live off of 65th Avenue.
