This post office has had deplorable service for many years now, and nothing is being done about it. Counter service is notoriously slow. Mail carriers hold mail due to small snow berms, not being allowed to exit their vehicles, while just a few feet away, they must exit their vehicles to deliver mail to community mailboxes. Mail carriers don’t take the time to leave a notice alerting the customer that their mail is being held. Whenever mail is delivered, it is very often delivered to the wrong address. How and why does this continue to go on?
