I have already written my review. Now I would like a customer feedback form sent to Lola Maloof, 552 Francis St., Marrero, LA 70072. Thank you. Not that I expect much!
This is the worst service I’ve ever had from a post office. For years I got a lot of mail, both junk and first class, six days a week. Now I get much less and it is delivered only 3 or at the most 4 days per week. My neighbor and I consistently find pieces of other people’s’ first class mail strewn across our lawns. One time it was a neighbor’s paycheck, another time someone’s mortgage papers and so on. We have no regular carrier but different ones every day or two. Sometimes they refuse to take my outgoing mail or items that they have previously delivered to me by mistake. I used to work at the post office and am well aware that this is not how things are supposed to be done. Do the carriers no longer have a supervisor? Is it now acceptable to drive to every house instead of walking? Are carriers (or supervisors) discarding third class mail again? I don’t know who is in charge at the Marrero but if I were you I would be ashamed to admit it. I will be willing to bet that I don’t hear anything back from this.
