I filed a issue I had about my mail not being delivered abd they completely took no responsibility. They said that the pathways had to be cleared, when in fact I shovel and drop salt everytime it snows so that made no sense. I have received mail 2 in the last 2 weeks. Then when I finally get in contact with someone they were beyond rude and literally said they cannot help me at all. When come to find out that they could of and chose not to and lied. This place has a horrible staff and needs to be re staffed. The entire community is fed up. I never get mail on time or the right customer service actually horrible service. This place needs to be shut down. Fedex here I come
