I was EXTREMELY disappointing on a visit to the Larkspur Post Office zip 80118 to find the agent NOT wearing a mask and waiting on people and not staying behind the plexiglass – this was a RED FLAG for spreading the covid 19 virus – I WONT BE GOING BACK FOR A LONG WHILE !! This might be a legal violation in Colorado?
Awful employees, when you call or go in to report issue with service greeted with the postmaster is to busy to come up front and need to call and schedule an appointment to it can take 10 days for a letter to get from Larkspur to Littleton.
Needless to say two letters that were bill payments that were dropped off in the drop box inside the post office are permanently lost in the abyss of the USPS, and they don’t want to take responsibility, also have had parcels just dropped off in the snow at the bottom of my mailbox, ruining the contents of the box.
Had boxes that they left on the road, peed on by dogs, ran over, and stolen.
Over the last six months have had bills not picked up for three days, received my neighbors mail, had my outgoing mail put in my neighbors mail box and my Water bill delivered to the neighbor two house down the street.
We have lived here for twenty years, and have never been treated with such disrespect as the employees that have been working there over the last year.
One is closest explain as the “wicked with of the west” with a personality that is very gruff. To the other one having so many tattoos and body piercings that it is scary and beyond unprofessional for a government employee.
This post office is definitely not what you would expect for a very small town post office, not personable to the people that they serve, very rude, and very slow.
Please do not trust them with your mail, especially if they are bill payments.
Tattoos and body piercings are offensive to YOU but have absolutely NOTHING to do with the service you receive from her!!! This employee is very professional, Efficient, friendly and more than helpful every time I’ve been there. Goes out of her way to provide the upmost quality customer service to everyone that she talks to – next time you are in there close your eyes!
