Package delivered to the incorrect address. Contacted customer service and they informed me where it was delivered; the call was then transferred to the post office. I spoke to the same customer service rep at 9:30a, 1:15p, 3:40p and 4:15p. She claimed to get with the postmaster (and he would return my call), the courier (that would also return my call once the package was located) and the supervisor (who was in a meeting and would return my call TODAY). Needless to say, NO ONE returned my call to give me an updated status on my package delivery. Arrived home to find the mail courier delivering mail at the address where my package was delivered; I inquired about the delivery made in error; she then informed me this was not her normal route and she knew nothing about it!!!!
