This post office has by far been the worst postal experience I’ve ever dealt with in all the places I’ve ever lived in the US. They should be ashamed. Almost all reviews posted online are awful, and that is very telling. It should not take hours to pick up your mail, and yet every week we go, it fairly consistently takes FOREVER. And that is if anyone is even there to have the door open on time! My family has been trying to get a mailbox key for almost 4 months. At first they told us it would take 6 weeks, which is ridiculous timing to begin with. But now they don’t seem to know when it’ll be, or how it’ll get delivered or who we can even talk to. They basically took our money and ran. Isn’t that theft??? You can’t call the office…no one ever answers and there is no voicemail system. Every week we go and patiently pick up mail, and no key. On top of all this we’ve had several cards not get delivered, both incoming and outgoing. I obviously need to report my concerns up in the chain of command but based on other reviews of this post office, it isn’t likely to improve their customer service.
