This post office managed by Sarah is the most inept that I’ve ever dealt with … long story short the post office cannot differentiate names of Jamie S vs James E …not only is she incompetent she had more interest in the way my mask was on than solving the problem … Sarah is a federal employee that I employ with the federal taxes I pay … she needs serious counseling on how to deal with the public … if she worked in my business she would be fired … that’s a serious problem with federal employees… they literally cannot be fired … put her in the back room and bring in a pleasant and competent employee to assist the public … what a Joke …
Horrible service! The Postmaster is a nightmare, VERY rude and not helpful at all. We are moving to Kalama and have tried to get information on how to get our mailbox set up. Every time we talk to the Postmaster she is extremely rude, I think she should find something else to do… maybe sort the mail and not deal with the public.
Look at the reviews online, the majority of them are negative. If I spoke to my clients at my job like the Postmaster does, I would be terminated.
