Her post lady continuously leaves our packages in the mailbox that are way too big to even be in the mailbox! Then she says our mailbox is too full and takes the mail back out of the box and puts our mail on hold! Some of the packages are so big you can’t even close the door! These packages are from Amazon and they’re supposed to be delivered to your front door not your damn mailbox! The women at the post office are horrible old biddies that cannot for the life of me enjoy their job or hated so much that they take it out on the customers. I have never seen anything like it in my entire life! Something needs to be done with the four at the post office and the one that’s delivering the mail. By the way she leaves all the mailboxes open when she delivers the mail on top of everything else! I have pictures of the last few packages she has stuffed in our mailbox and then taken back out and taken back to the post office. Never gave us a clue that she had done that or updated us as to what was going. The only way I found out was I was in inform delivery and did some digging and sure as heck there’s a whole bunch of packages sitting at the post office for us. There’s three of us adults living in this house and not only did she do it to my account but to my live-ins as well.
Unbelievable that the Hugo Post Master is denying Door Delivery for my 98 yr. combat wounded WWII veteran father and 91 year old mother who just had abdominal surgery. Sloping icy driveway where mom has already fallen twice. Not the way we did things when I was a carrier. Very frustrating.
I’m so sorry to hear that! Please tell your father thank you for your service. I myself am having nothing but trouble with the same people. I am mobility impaired as well but I’m not that old. How I wish there was someone we could complain to about this postal service and actually would do something about it. What a bunch of heartless people working there! I’ll keep your mom and dad in my prayers and hopefully when I’m done complaining about my issues, and being mobility impaired, maybe they’ll do something? I’ve even told the horrible mail lady she can drive up in our driveway to the front door instead of throwing the packages at the end of the icy driveway where I can’t get to it. Plus the women that actually work in the post office itself are a bunch of horribly angry, condescending, and rude women. They don’t care about anybody or anything. I have never met so many people that hate their job there. Someone needs absolutely do something about this post office!
