I had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had from this location. I understand people are busy but it would be nice if people respond to phone calls/ missing package requests. They did absolutely nothing and after weeks of repeated calls the conclusion was ‘there’s nothing the post office can do for you’. I might be less angry if my issue was resolved within a respectable time period but nope. Also the phone at this branch is consistently not working and you just get a dial tone. Next time I’ll order my packages through another branch.
