I would rate Hilburn a “0”….for years my mail has not been picked up. Today my Federal Taxes , bills, and packages were not picked up (even though my red flag is in “Up” position. Packages lost and found 3 months later at Hilburn packages ;delivered to wrong address; and some packages permanently lost. I.e. ave lost money on two pairs of gloves that were not found…This is not a new problem and has been happening for about 5 years.
To ensure valuable packages are successfully delivered i often have items mailed to a friend’s home address in another part of Raleigh. These packages are always successfully delivered.
This review focuses on the service of the postal service woman who serves the Autumn Chase neighborhood. Her name is Lillian Grice. Ms. Grice is professional, efficient, friendly, and most importantly knows her business. She is great with information and the best way to get things done. She is quick to work with her customers and resolve any postal needs. We have always appreciated her friendly manner, professionalism, and due diligence to all aspects of her job in our commuity.
