I agree totaly. Was supposed to receive packages june 21 2019. The small packages arrived of course, but I should have expected this type of service again. I live on the 1st floor with a front view, and like you ,no dog or no gate. so I see when the postal workers arrive. Package was supposedly attempted delivery at 6:36 pm. Because it was a nice day that day, I was on my front porch from 8:30 am till 9:45 pm.Thats how I seen the first carrier. He got in with no problem (he rang the door bell) Which is what the other carrier didn’t do because the carrier never showed up! And then lied and said carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver package….YEAH RIGHT
Tracked a package which was supposed to be delivered today 3/21/2019. the carrier said he/she was here at 1:00 pm. I also was supposed to receive some important mail today as I was notified through my email with pictures no less. neither one showed up. I was home until 1:45 pm. I think it would help a lot if the carrier wasn’t delevering mail at 8:pm.Also when you have a package for me just ring my doorbell.Thats not to hard is it?All the carriers are not that bad,There is one carrier that actually delivers my mail and packages in a timely manner,but a few make it bad for all,and this late mail or no mail issue needs to be addressed very quickly.
I know exactly what you mean. I’ve tracked 4 of my packages that were suppose to be delivered on a certain day and he only delivered 1. Can he not see the packages in his truck? Often they will be delivered to the wrong address and unless that person is honest and brings them to you, you never get them. It’s not the customers fault. They need to hired good mail people. Instead of these lazy ones that don’t want to get out of the truck. I have no gates or dogs so he has no excuse. Don’t you agree?
