Completed a change of address electronically on 5/25/20 and received a confirmation dated 5/26/20 for the forwarding of my mail to a temporary address for the summer. to date, 6/10/20 my mail is being delivered to the former address and I electonically received the informed delivery notifications that show this. Mail continues to pile up in Florida. I called the Greenacres post office local answer…no one ever answers the phone. Called USPS Customer Service and after 25 minutes of rolling through taped messages that do not apply, was promised to have an agent call me back in 45 minutes to over an hour. I am now awaiting that call. What is the difficulty here, I have two confirmations the change of address was correctly filed?
