I had a very bad experience with the US POST Office in Grass Valley, Ca. March 2021 I ordered somethings from wish. It arrived at GV PO on April 5, & then “accidently”delievered to a P.O. Box over by Burger King on April 6th. The package had at least 2 things wrong with it which should have made the po hold on to the package instead of even trying to deliver it anywhere. There was no senders address on the package nor was there an address for the package to go or who it was to. The main reason why I’m upset is not just for the amount & items I’ve lost out on getting is the fact that no one has even attempted to make it right with me in any way, shape, or form. I have been trying to get some kind of compensation for my loss either from the po or from wish. Wish locked me out of my account since I brought this mess to their attention, & said they had resolved the situation. I don’t think so since I haven’t as much as anyone saying sorry well send out your items again free of charge or we’ll give you a refund nothing. The post office has given me the run around since I went in to the office the week of April 6th. I have been told that they would try to get 5he stuff back, yeah right, that ain’t happening. I’ve been told that someone would contact me by the end of the day, or week & still haven’t heard from anyone else. The only way I hear anything is if I go to the post office in person. Lot of good thats doing. I even talked to the postmaster general with no luck. They really don’t act like they care just like wish. Well someone or both owes me for this big mess. WHERE DO I START? THE WEB SITE SAYS LOBBY IS OPEN FROM MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY FROM 1201 AM TO 1159 PM. THIS IS A LIE DOORS ARE LOCKED FROM 630 PM TO 530AM DAILY AND FOR THE MONTH THE DOORS ARE LOCKED EARLYER THAN 630 PM. THE LAME EXCUSE IS YOU PEOPLE HAVE TO CALL A CONTRACTOR TO FIX THE TIME OF THE DOORS LOCKING ALSO THE TREES WERE CUT DOWN A FEW YEARS AGO NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO REPLACE THEM SO NOW THE SUCKERS ARE TAKEING OVER THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THE MIS MANAGEMENT OF THE POST OFFICE
