The mail truck, at 7 pm, just rode right past my mailbox, which had the flag up. Inside my box were 2 cards I wrote to hospice patients. Because the postal person chose to ignore my box, the cards may arrive after the recipients are DEAD. Please explain to me why the mail truck skipped my house but stopped at the others on the block. They never seem to get their deliveries right. No matter how easy you make it for them. Constant issues. Constant calling. Constantly wasting my time on hold
Noone wants to do their job correctly.
I’ve never EVER had problems like this w my mail until I moved my business 3 years ago.
And god forbid you walk into their building at 430 when they close at 5. The man at the counter will complain out loud about how we all (the customers) wait till their closing time to do our mailings, as if we all dont have jobs ourselves
