That mail was not delivered as expected on Sep. 28, ’20, so I sent another Certified Return Receipt mail #: 7020 0090 0000 5347 1600 on Oct. 5, ’20. That second piece of mail has also NOT been delivered!! Both pieces of mail are show as being “IN TRANSIT”, stuck in your location: 2200 NW 72 Avenue Stop 3, Miami / Doral, FL 33152, per all USPS Staff that I have spoken to at least fifty times in the last three weeks. WHY IS MY CERTIFIED RETURN RECEIPT MAIL stuck in your locations “black hole”??? I need action.
