On 4/1 I received a yellow slip in my mail box and 4/6 I went to customer service and the man would not give me his name and said that the package is lost. I asked to speak with a supervisor and spoke with David he said he would research and would call me back. He called me back the following day and said that his researched confirmed that the package arrived to the branch and he can not locate it. He never left a telephone number for return call. I went to the customer service on 4/8, 4/13 and 4/16 to leave a message for David and have not received a call back. My daughter has been ill the week of 4/19. I have called the branch at 916-227-6510 numerous times and rings with no answer. This is unacceptable. The package was delivered and received at the Elk Grove Branch, how can it be lost? The vendor will not refund the money as it was confirmed received at the post office. I am not happy with this service. I can be reached at 916-803-0790.
