If you are wandering how the US Mail can lose a $billion every year, just go visit the USPS FDR Post Office. Rude, obnoxious staff, with an attitude. I actually had one of the staff tell me they were doing me a favor. Strange, I always thought they were paid to work, didn’t realize that they were volunteers who came to work as a favor to the paying customers. What a disgrace. Don’t bother calling the local phone number 212-330 5508, as no one even bothers to answer. Fedex & UPS make a huge profit every year. USPS looses a fortune. Tax dollars in action…

I totally agree.

Today a USPS workout there said to me “You’re old, a piece of shit and I hope you fall down the stairs on your way out!” He is an ageist, mesogenist and …racist? Another woman approached me outside on 3 rd Ave and 54 str said she thought his attitude was disgusting, especially in a federal building. Several people witnessed this verbal abuse and all because I said that I don’t like his customer service style. Very rude. I’ll take my money elsewhere in future as his attitude was like that of a gang member.
