Same problem; different day. The carrier may or may not be the “regular carrier” so if they have a substitute, they just don’t deliver the packages at all because they don’t believe your box exists, EVEN IF YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THEIR FORMS TO REGISTER YOUR BOX… Or better yet, the sub just decides your box doesn’t exist and rather than checking with anyone who normally runs the route, or rather than doing any extra work, they simply return your box to sender. There’s no protocol to follow to ensure that the box exists, or that a sub would be properly trained to deliver. Poor service. Poor training. And when you the supervisor calls to discuss with you, she hangs up on you. Extremely RUDE. POOR SERVICE at this location.
