My brother sent me a card due to a death. I received the Informed Delivery notification. The email says to wait a week to see if the item shows up; however, the link expires within 7 days. I pay EXPENSIVE PRICES for a PO BOX SO MY MAIL ISN’T LOST OR STOLEN! I shipped a package years ago through the mail and it cost me 150.00 because it wasn’t insured. I called this morning and spoke to Brian at the post office and he did not offer to check to see if they put the mail in someone elses box like a similar post office box number or anything. He was NOT helpful at ALL! CHARGE exorbitant fees for a mailbox and don’t provide customer service is pathetic.
