I received a sorry we missed you while you were out notice about a letter that needed a signature to receive so I go to the post office in Centralia they say they don’t have it if that letter carrier had given it to them nobody can find it I was given a phone number to the annex they won’t answer their phone and the postmaster dean Jackie not available to talk to restricted access at this location so the lady at the centralia down town location told me she didn’t know what to tell me when I told her that the annex wont answer the phone for them also so I’m in a heck of a pickle I was told by her to just keep coming back to check for this signature required letter witch has all of my medical records from my attorney. With also my social security number and a lot of other information it’s time sensitive that I have this because I’m standing to lose $80,000 if I don’t have this and give this CD to my new attorney attorneys that sent it refused to send another one because they’ve already sent me one via registered mail that need a signature so there’s no number direct number for this postmaster Dean Jack at all so hopefully he cease this message and reads the notes that have been sent to the annex two times about this and still have not heard anything from them so hopefully they do see this and they call me and let me know what the heck is going on because this is an absolute travesty the guy is the top 10 one of the top 10 highest paid employees for the postal service and you can’t talk to the guy and you can’t go on the location because it’s secure now you tell me what is wrong with this I can’t be the first person that’s had a problem trying to contact the annex that will not answer the phone and you cannot leave a message thank you very much hopefully I can get this figured out real damn soon
