I went to the Candler post office today because my mail had not ran yesterday and my informed delivery showed an important document from the dmv and a package that had said ‘delivered in/at mailbox’ at 1038am. The mail never came yesterday so I waited until it ran today to see if my pkg and dmv mail was in the box and it was not. Todays mail was in the mailbox however. – In the post office I was extremely kind in trying to aquire information on where yesterdays mail was and the guy was very rude.. he said informed delivery is not accurate and he wouldn’t even look up the package that was supposedly in/at mailbox yesterday. I could tell I was bothering him by just asking about my mail and he would not do anything to help me. He told me my mail had not ran today and that i was lying tho i waited to see the mail run today before even going to the post office. I never had anyone be so rude to me there and always had a pleasant expirience in this place. I still would love someone to help me try to find my package and my mail from the dmv or at least tell me something… look up my package? try to help or at least act like you want to help me?.. Very sad customer service today.. I did not want to take time to drive there and now wish that i had not.
