Where is my mother in law’s package? You stated it was put in the parcel box at Brodhead Senior Village, but that’s impossible. The boxes were much too large for the parcel box. You then said key for parcel box had been returned.I spoke with person who picks up mail, there had never been a key for the parcel box. When you discovered it was packages from Amazon, I felt you thought you were done. You stated, ” just reorder”. If this had been the first time this has happened I would be willing to accept that attitude, but it is not. This has happened several times. Often packages have ended up in trailer court instead of Brodhead Senior Village. Some of the kind people there have brought them to her, finishing your job for you. How many other people in your community are experiencing the same lack of caring from your post office?
