Bismarck Post Office Reviews

  1. About a year ago I got a ticket from a game warden for no license on my boat. It was a mistake, my boat was licensed. I decided since it was a 200 mile trip to go straighten it out I’d just pay the $25 dollar fine instead of incuring more expense driving there.. I mailed off the check in the addressed envelope given me by the warden the very next day after getting it. A couple weeks or so later I get a letter from the lamoure county clerk of courts….. advising me I had a bench warrant for not paying the fine. Luckily I was able to call there and straighten it out and pay over the fon. That’s one, thank you USPS.
Two weeks ago I sent off my auto insurance payment. I have learned from my expiriance with the postal service to watch my bank account to see that my payments get to were they are suppose to. I mailed 6 or 7 bills off at the sametime with my auto insurance payment. All other checks have cleared but once again a very important one has been lost by the postal service. Since I monitor my payments I was able to see that that one, 3 weeks later hasn’t cleared and been lost by the post office. So today I called and payed it over the fon. Thanks to the postal services continued decline in reliability I had been driving without insurance for OVER A WEEK, AND even though I have payed it I’m not insured untill one minute after midnight tonight. Your reliability can no longer be counted on and hasn’t been for quite sometime. As for your rain or sleet or snow moto, that can be flushed down the toilet also. I’m almost sure that routes in Bismarck are not run in areas of town on either wendsdays or Thursdays because I have mailed things on those days and they sit there for a day before they are picked up. Everyone sees it. What is wrong? How long do you expect people to put up with your incompetence? The post office is hurting? Wonder why no one uses you anymore? I do it old school and hands on. I write checks, buy your over priced stamps, keep ice of the surfaces so your carriers are safe, and you can’t get important letters from point A to point B. It’s time I do my bills online. The USPS has put me not only in danger of not being insured but has practically gotten me arrested. Your going broke, your employees are losing benefits, because most aren’t using your unreliable service anymore and are doing things on line. Personally I think it’s great. USPS has sat on thier pedestal forever, dictating how things go. Thank goodness for online things now, because YOU the USPS are lazy unreliable and in my opinion dangerous because you can’t do the job you promise and are paid to do. Sickening. Say goodbye to ANOTHER customer.
