The carrier in Knappa doesn’t do her job. She lies about not being able to access your house just so she doesn’t have to deliver your packages. She mixes up mail…it’s endless mistakes which no one seems to care about. I try to call Astoria number, it hangs up on you. I’ve
made complaints to no avail! The 800 number you wait for hours and you can’t get no resolution or they hang up on you. Who’s in charge of these people and holds them accountable for their actions? I’m so beyond infuriated!
I didnt receive my mail on 9/14/21 and when my mail came on the 15th the mail from the day before was not included. I didn’t receive my Astorian newspaper plus any other mail. I tried to call several times today to have it switched to operator then mail box full and hang up on me.
