Another problem where they show an express package delivered, yet it never appeared in my LOCKED mail box. I’m filing a complaint now with the US Postal Inspector. This is far from the first time they reported a delivery that did not actually occur – or at best did not occur to the correct/accurate address. The same week this happened I received some of my neighbor’s first class mail, mixed in with mine. Every reason to believe this important medicine was miss-delivered, and now I have to pay for it again!!
Used tracking # and it states the item was delivered on Thursday, July 17. I was at my store all day and it was never delivered to the store or place in the mail box in the back of the store. Called the 800 number to no avail. How do you get through to these people?
