This is for the Postmaster who has NO email address available! How do we apply for the cluster boxes that were constructed on Oberg Rd. in Peters Creek two months ago?? We have asked everyone at the Chugiak post office and they have no info about them. Please respond; dnswlk @ gmail.com
I was at the biglake post office a man came in paid with 50cent pieces. Am 60 years old and disabled I asked if she would make 4 dollars in change for me with the 50 cent pieces for the grandkids for Christmas she had a lot of them leftover and she told me no she wasn’t giving up any of them I didn’t know postal employees where allowed to keep money for them selves let alone deny anyone change of any kind I felt like I was treated very much like a bum asking for a hand out they way she said it very unprofessional conduct by the us postal services of biglake Alaska I felt humiliated left the 4 dollars on the counter and left I’ve been doing my postal business there since 1989 I’ll will drop mail in the out box but will never speak to the postal workers there again. And if I knew where to file a formal complaint on this person I would you just don’t speak to people like that and treat them as such when representing the United States postal services am sure that this is not the case with others working at our post office around the state and nation God bless America still means something to me thank you for your time have a merry Christmas and happy new year.
